Common questions
Straight answers about how Audience Vertex works, what we charge in SGD, and what we explicitly do not offer. Last updated 2 July 2026.
Is Audience Vertex life coaching, a template shop, or do you guarantee leads?
No on all three counts. Audience Vertex Pte. Ltd. is a full-service marketing agency in Singapore. We plan and run client campaigns across audience research, paid media, SEO, content marketing, creative production, CRM and analytics. The .life domain name is branding only — we are not a wellness programme, life coaching service or personal development course.
We are also not audienceblueprint.pro or any template download product. You will not receive pre-built funnel kits or Canva packs as our primary deliverable; you receive strategy and executed campaign work tailored to your brand.
We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on your budget, offer, market conditions, competition and sales follow-through. Any metrics cited in case studies reflect past work and are not promises of future performance.
What is the difference between a retainer and a project engagement?
A retainer is an ongoing monthly agreement covering continuous campaign management, reporting and optimisation across agreed channels. Retainers suit brands that need steady media buying, content production and analytics support. Our typical entry retainer for integrated audience-led work starts around SGD 8,200 per month, scaling with scope.
A project has a defined start and end — an audience audit, research sprint, launch campaign or dashboard build. Projects are quoted as fixed fees after discovery. Some clients begin with a project, then move to a retainer once segments and channels are validated.
What SGD budgets do you typically work with?
Agency fees and ad spend are separate. Monthly retainers for campaign support commonly range from SGD 8,200 to SGD 22,000 depending on channel count and production load. Ad spend on Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok is paid directly to platforms unless otherwise agreed; we recommend minimum media budgets that allow meaningful testing — often SGD 3,000–5,000 per month per major channel for SMEs, though this varies widely.
Standalone audits start from approximately SGD 2,800. We will tell you honestly if your budget is too thin to test properly rather than taking a fee to run token campaigns.
What does onboarding look like?
After contract signature we schedule a kickoff within five business days: access to ad accounts (as partner, not owner transfer), analytics, CRM where relevant, and a stakeholder interview. Week one produces a status audit and data check. Week two onwards follows the agreed plan — research sprint, campaign rebuild or reporting setup depending on scope.
You receive a single point of contact and a shared workspace for documents and reports. Onboarding typically takes two to three weeks before live changes appear in market, though audits may deliver findings sooner.
Which channels do you manage?
We actively manage paid search and shopping (Google Ads), paid social on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok, plus SEO and intent-led content marketing, email and CRM lifecycle flows, and marketing analytics. Programmatic and affiliate can be coordinated through partners when client scope requires it.
We select channels based on where your segments actually spend attention — not every brand needs TikTok, and not every B2B firm benefits from the same LinkedIn structure.
How do you report results?
Default cadence is monthly written reporting with a review call. Dashboards are configured in your analytics stack where possible so you retain visibility after engagement ends. We report KPIs agreed at kickoff — traffic, leads, cost metrics, engagement, revenue where tracked — and explain variance rather than cherry-picking wins.
Attribution has limits: cross-device behaviour, platform reporting gaps and offline conversions mean numbers are directional, not forensic certainty. We document those limits in every cycle.
What are your contract terms?
Retainers typically run on three- or six-month initial terms with 30 days' written notice to terminate thereafter. Projects follow milestone billing tied to deliverables in the statement of work. Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. Late payment may pause work per our Terms of Service.
We do not lock clients into multi-year contracts by default. Ad account ownership remains with you throughout.
How do you handle personal data (PDPA)?
We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Contact form data is used only to respond to enquiries. Client campaign data is processed under contract and our Privacy Policy. You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent by emailing [email protected]. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at the same address.
What do you not do?
We do not provide life coaching, executive coaching or wellness programmes. We do not sell marketing templates as a primary product. We do not guarantee SEO rankings, lead volume, sales or ROI. We do not take ownership of your ad accounts, domains or CRM. We do not buy fake followers, clicks or reviews. We do not provide legal, financial or investment advice. We are a marketing services firm — professional, but bounded.
Who owns the ad accounts and creative assets?
You do. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and analytics properties should be registered to your organisation. We request partner or admin access to operate campaigns. Creative source files and campaign structures built under paid engagement are transferred to you; licensing of stock assets follows the stock provider's terms. When an engagement ends, access is revoked on both sides in an orderly handover — we do not hold accounts hostage.
