Audience Vertex Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore marketing agency that plans and runs client campaigns with audience intelligence at the centre. We are not life coaching, wellness programmes or a template download shop — the .life domain is branding only.
How we started
Audience Vertex began in 2019 when a small group of strategists and media buyers — previously scattered across in-house teams and larger agencies — decided to build a practice focused on one problem: campaigns were launching before anyone agreed on who they were meant to reach. The name reflects our core method — finding the vertex, the point where audience insight, message and channel intersect.
We incorporated as Audience Vertex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202518372M) and established our studio at Gateway East on Beach Road, a short walk from Bugis MRT and the civic district. The location matters practically, not cosmetically: clients can join persona workshops in person, review creative on a wall screen, or dial in from Jakarta, Sydney or Tokyo with equal footing. Most of our work serves SMEs and scale-ups in Singapore and the wider APAC market.
Singapore base, regional reach
Our office at 152 Beach Road #14-05 sits in the Gateway East tower, part of a corridor that connects the Bras Basah arts precinct with the commercial energy of Bugis and the Marina. For local clients, that means easy access for working sessions without a trip to an industrial park. For regional clients, Singapore’s timezone and infrastructure make it a sensible hub for APAC campaign coordination.
We do not claim a global network of offices or fabricated partnership badges. What we offer is a senior team that stays close to accounts — the strategist who led your audit is typically the same person reviewing monthly performance, not a handoff to a junior pool after contract signature.
Team approach
Engagements are structured around three roles: strategy lead, channel specialist and analytics/reporting. On smaller retainers one person may cover two functions; on larger scopes we add dedicated paid social, SEO or creative production support. We staff for continuity — you should recognise names on calls month to month.
We hire for marketing craft, not motivational speaking. There are no certification walls in our studio, no paid “agency of the year” plaques and no stock-photo team pages. Case studies on this site are anonymised unless a client has given written permission to be named. We would rather show honest metrics with caveats than invent awards we never earned.
What we believe
Segmentation should be actionable — if a segment cannot be targeted in ads, addressed in email or found in search, it belongs in a research appendix, not the activation plan. Reporting should explain variance, not hide it. And clients should own their ad accounts, CRM data and analytics properties; we operate as partners with access, not gatekeepers.
Full-service, audience-first
Our service mix spans audience research and segmentation, paid media on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, SEO and intent-led content marketing, creative and message testing, CRM and lifecycle email, plus analytics and attribution reporting. Brand strategy and conversion optimisation sit alongside performance work — we do not treat “brand” and “performance” as opposing teams in separate buildings.
We work on project scopes (launches, audits, research sprints) and ongoing retainers. Typical monthly retainers start around SGD 8,200 for integrated support; exact fees depend on channels, spend under management and production volume. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, sales or ROI — marketing outcomes depend on budget, offer, competition and market conditions beyond any agency’s control.
